This stylish, one bedroom apartment (50M2 or approximately 500 square feet) was fully renovated in April 2006. It is located on the 2nd floor of a classic, well preserved French style building. The apartment is situated away from the street and city noise, nestled in the back of a lovely stone courtyard. The building entrance is equipped with two dig code doors and the apartment is secured with a double bolt door lock with non-duplicable keys for maximum security.

The apartment is fully furnished featuring a top-quality, queen size bed (160x200 cm) in the bedroom and a comfortable double sofa bed (140x190 cm) in the living room. Additionally, a one person sofa chair is located in the living room for extra sleeping accommodations. The apartment comfortably sleeps 5 adults. The bed and sofa mattresses, as well as the linen, were all newly purchased in 2006.

The living room and bedroom are tastefully decorated with bright, warm colours and furnishings. The apartment features lively coloured wall posters of Paris monuments such as the Eiffel Tower and the Notre Dame Church. The living room hosts a TV/DVD player as well as a CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 4 element stove, washer/dryer, toaster, coffee maker, plus cooking utensils and various dishware, pots and pans, iron, and ironing board - everything to make a visit to Paris as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The large bathroom has been stylishly renovated with mosaic tiles and modern, top quality accessories. It includes a bath/shower, toilet and sink, towel heater, hairdryer plus an assortment of luxurious towels.

A travel crib and stroller can be provided upon request.
