It is a clean, comfortable and quiet apartment located on the 6th floor (with elevator) of a classic, well preserved French style building. The apartment building is located away from the street and city noise. The building entrance is equipped with two dig code doors and the apartment is secured with a double bolt door lock with non-duplicable keys for maximum security. The apartment is fully furnished with care and attention, and graciously highlights the elegant wooden floor and beautifully sculpted ceiling moulding.

The apartment features a top-quality, queen size bed (160x200 cm) in the bedroom and comfortable double sofa bed (140x190 cm) in the living room. The bed and sofa mattresses, as well as the linen, were all newly purchased in 2005. The living room and bedroom are tastefully decorated and display retro Parisian wall art work. The bedroom features a decorative style Parisian fire place and CD player. The living room hosts a TV/DVD. A fold out dining table comfortably seats 4 persons.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, 2 element stove, washer/dryer, toaster, coffee maker, plus cooking utensils and various dishware, pots and pans, iron, and ironing board - everything to make a visit to Paris as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The bathroom features a shower, toilet and sink, hairdryer plus an assortment of luxurious towels. The view from the large living room and bedroom windows is unobstructed and opens up onto the rooftops of Parisian style apartments. The apartment comfortably accommodates two adults, with extra sleeping arrangements for up to two young children or an adult in the living room.

A travel crib and stroller can be provided upon request.
